OUR STORY
Professional women struggling to balance careers and families is not a new challenge. The struggle is quiet, hidden and often impacting both their health and career advancement. Past COVID-19 work at home requirements and school closings not only intensified the challenge for working women, but also brought it to the forefront. The United States experienced a fallback in women in the workforce, specifically working moms, and the press lifted their voices. While the workforce has experienced a material recovery, the need for lifestyle balance continues to expand and impact job transitions.
With a passion to provide career and wellbeing support for professional women, HealthCare Pink® was formed. Our services quickly expanded from support for moms, to support for women across a broader spectrum and experiencing different phases of life. We also realized an opportunity to scale these services to companies in a way that benefits their bottom line and enables us to reach more women in their career journey.
